PROJECT ARIADNI II DESCRPIPTION
Provision of services (S.L.A.) through the development and operation of the necessary Information and Communication Technology infrastructure for facilitation of the Citizens Service Centres.

In particular, the project includes the following eight (8) Subprojects/Subsystems

  • Subproject/Subsystem 1: Collection, digitisation, codification, organisation and process of the public information and entry thereof in the Main Internet site as well as the design and implementation of the data base of administrative information and forms.
  • Subproject/Subsystem 2: Internet portal for administrative information and electronic transactions
  • Subproject/Subsystem 3: Provision of Information and Submission of Applications for Electronic Transactions through Telephone Centre
  • Subproject/Subsystem 4: Provision of Services and Information through the Citizens Service Centres
  • Subproject/Subsystem 5: Development and support of the (V.P.N.) Interconnection of the Citizens Service Centres
  • Subproject/Subsystem 6: Control – Management– Decision making (M.I.S.)
  • Subproject/Subsystem 7: Provision of training services
  • Subproject/Subsystem 8: Support services, Help Desk
The PROJECT ARIADNI II is the continuation of the project ARIADNI (Development and Operation of the Main Information, Support and Interconnection System of Citizens Service Centre – ARIADNI Offices), that has been financed by the Public Investment Programme with a co-funding by national resources and the European Union, through the Community Support Framework 2000-2006 and in particular the Operation Programme “Information Society”
