Required supporting documents for issuing a certificate on the good operation of the drainage system for hotels and rented apartments for the Greek National Tourism Organisation (GNTO)
For issuing the Operation License for a Travel Agency that will be established in Greece for legal entities, initially a Letter Of Guarantee is issued by a Bank or the Deposit and Loan fund in favour of the GNTO, and is sent by post to the regional R.T.O. Then, the applicant (the enterprise Business Operator(s) in case of Limited Liability Companies, General Partnerships and Limited Partnerships, OR the legal representative(s) in the case of Public Limited Companies - SA) fills in the application-declaration form and submits all the relevant supporting documents. Then the personnel of the local R.T.O. receive the application form along with the supporting documents and after checking their completeness communicate with the Business Operator to plan the visit to the office building in order to investigate whether the office building is complete and independent. The process is completed with the issuing of the Operation License for the Travel Agency.
