OPEN-AIR (STANDING OR PEDDLER) TRADE ON BOARD SHIPS
- Port Authorities written concession.
Provided it is about standing trade license using any floating means.
- Photocopies of property title and certificates of safety
Circulation license, General Inspection Protocol, document of nationality etc, of floating means like boats and vessels used in standing trade.
- DECLARATION FOR TEMPORARY/ TRANSBORDER SUPPLY OF SERVICES
The declaration is submitted to the competent local Port Authority either directly or through Joint Citizens’ Service Centers (Ε.Κ.Ε.).
The declaration includes applicant ‘s identity details, contact details and also the place, the time and the duration for the supply of service provided in Greece.
All the following documents are submitted along with the declaration for the temporary supply of services. If the activity is repeated there is submitted only the declaration of temporary supply of service without the additional supporting documents, unless there has been a change in the status of the provider certified by them.
- Solemn Statement law 1599/1986
That « I hold commencement of activities declaration no .. ……..… granted to me by ………. Public Financial Service (Δ.Ο.Υ.)».
- Passport or other identifying document copy.
- Solemn Declaration of Law 1599/1986
Describing the area of the exact facility if it is about standing trade and the provided products or services of the holder.
- Attestation translated and certified by the competent authority of the member state of establishment
That I am legally established in it and that I legally practice the specific professional activity and that I am not prohibited even temporarily from its practice at the moment of attestation issue.
If such attestation is not provided for the specific activity by the member state of establishment, I submit document/s proving my occupation with the specific activity I declare I shall provide.
Official supporting documents
- Document equivalent to Hellenic criminal record stating.
That the applicant has not been irrevocably convicted for the following offences : imprisonment for espionage, spreading false rumors, crimes on statements, bribery, oppression, malpractice, deliberately causing marine accident, rape, indecent assault, seduction, exploitation of prostitutes, pandering, human trafficking, robbery , defalcation, blackmail, fraud violation of law on drugs and explosives, toxics, narcotic, chemical and vegetable materials or substances producing electrical discharges, violation of retroactive Law 192/36 and generally not subject to any sentence by which he was declared even partially deprived of civil rights.
Persons wishing to supply one of the services in article 1, are obliged to follow provisions of relevant law implemented for Greek nationals exercising same profession in the country and not contradicting law 3844/2010 as well as with present decision by authorization of the latter, otherwise they are subject to sanctions provided for by relevant law.
Step 1: The provider submit the temporary/transborder supply of services declaration and of the required documents.
Step 2: The competent authority checks whether the declaration and the supporting documents are as required and if so, the provider is granted attestation authorizing temporary/ transborder supply of service by the provider. If conditions required are not met, the provider is duly advised by notification receipt. The provider may start supply of services following submission of the declaration and documents required to the competent authority.
Notes and Clarifications
All documents submitted shall be drawn up in Hellenic language. Participation certificates issued abroad shall be translated in Hellenic language. If equivalent documents/certificates required are not issued in a country or they do not cover all cases, they are replaced by solemn statement of the applicant made in front of administrative authority or by sworn statement made in front of a notary or judicial authority stating that these documents are not issued in the specific country and that the specific person has not violated relevant law provisions .Documents issued in accordance with the above, may not be submitted later than three months after the issue date.
In case of standing or peddler trade practiced by a legal person, one at least of his legal representatives stated in Port Authorities should be duly qualified and meet all the conditions. Photocopies of legal person articles of Association and any amendments are also submitted.
In case of a legal person there are submitted photocopies of his act of legalization as well as any modifying acts and also any related document proving appointment of legal representative.

ii.Document equivalent to Hellenic criminal record stating
are submitted in the name of legal representative.
b) the other details of the application are submitted in the name of legal representative and are adapted to his nature.
