Το έργο «ΑΡΙΑΔΝΗ ΙΙ» είναι συνέχεια του έργου «ΑΡΙΑΔΝΗ» το οποίο εντάχθηκε και υλοποιήθηκε μέσω του Επιχειρησιακού Προγράμματος " Κοινωνία της Πληροφορίας", στο πλαίσιο του Γ ΚΠΣ 2000-2006. Υλοποιήθηκε με τη συνδρομή της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, με τη συγχρηματοδότηση κατά 80 % από το Ευρωπαϊκό Ταμείο Περιφερειακής Ανάπτυξης και κατά 20 % εθνική συμμετοχή.

  • Processing Time: The declaration shall be renewed once a year. For the first provision of services or if there is a material change in the situation substantiated by the documents, the declaration shall be accompanied by the documents required. The competent authority receives the declaration of the service provider and awards an Attestation of legal provision of services within 7 days of receipt of completed documentation. In the event of justified doubts about the authenticity of the accompanying documents, the competent authority shall notify the service provider of the reason for the delay and shall set a deadline in order to look into the issue.

  • [when in the Member State of establishment there is no provision for issuing the attestation of legal establishment and practice :] the service provider may be asked to submit a relevant document issued by his/her professional organisation or body
    legally attested and officially translated into Greek
  • Attestation certifying that the holder is legally established in a Member State for the purpose of pursuing the activities concerned and that he is not prohibited from practising, even temporarily, at the moment of delivering the attestation

    legally attested Aliens of Greek descent from Albania present a Special identity card of expatriate (EDTO), while aliens of Greek descent from Cyprus and Turkey an Identity Card of L. 1975/1991 (article 17) and L. 4310/1999 (article 32 par. 2).

  • Evidence of professional qualifications : evidence of formal qualifications referred to in Annex V of P.D. 38/2010 accompanied by an attestation, issued by the Member State of establishment, stating that the holder's evidence of formal qualifications are those covered by the Directive 2005/36/EC
    Legally attested and officially translated into Greek. In case the evidence of formal qualifications is not identical to that referred to in Annex V of P.D. 38/2010, the attestation shall state that it is equivalent to that referred to in Annex V (attestation of name change).

Procedure
The service provider who moves from one Member State to Greece (including greek citizens) comes to the KEP of his choice to submit once a year a written declaration concerning the provision of temporary or occasional services. For the first provision of services or if there is a material change in the situation substantiated by the documents, the service provider submits the necessary documentation.
  • Step 2 : The KEP employee receives and checks the documents that are presented by the service provider. If, during check, a missing or incomplete document is discovered, the employee informs the service provider and refrains from submitting the declaration.
  • Step 3 : The KEP employee delivers the official confirmation to the service provider stating the reference number of the request
  • Step 4 : The KEP employee shall notify the competent authority of the case file (which contains the declaration and supporting documents).
  • Step 5 : The competent authority receives the declaration of the service provider and awards an Attestation of legal provision of services within 7 days of receipt of completed documentation. The service provider may receive it in the way he has set. In the event of justified doubts about the authenticity of the accompanying documents, the competent authority shall notify the service provider of the reason for the delay and shall set a deadline in order to look into the issue.
The service provider whose application has successfully been handled by the competent Authority and if he has requested the issuing of an Attestation of legal provision of services and has declared a KEP / EKE as a recepient, comes to it and receives the Attestation.
