Το έργο «ΑΡΙΑΔΝΗ ΙΙ» είναι συνέχεια του έργου «ΑΡΙΑΔΝΗ» το οποίο εντάχθηκε και υλοποιήθηκε μέσω του Επιχειρησιακού Προγράμματος " Κοινωνία της Πληροφορίας", στο πλαίσιο του Γ ΚΠΣ 2000-2006. Υλοποιήθηκε με τη συνδρομή της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, με τη συγχρηματοδότηση κατά 80 % από το Ευρωπαϊκό Ταμείο Περιφερειακής Ανάπτυξης και κατά 20 % εθνική συμμετοχή.

Description
Required supporting documents for optional insurance of the special account for the Greeks living abroad in IKA.
Supporting Documents
  • Certifying Act
    Certifying Act of the closest Consular or other Greek authority or Association or Union or Community or Ecclesiastical Authority of the Greeks living abroad to the place of residence or work, by which it is certified that the Greek citizenship or capacity of the alien of Greek descent, as well as his permanent residence abroad. (Note : No special certification is required, when the certification is signed and stamped on the body of the application).
  • Application for optional insurance of the special account for the Greeks living abroad

  • Medical Report
    Medical Report on the health of the applicant by two Doctors, as specified by the competent Consular Authority. {Note : This report validated by the Consulate will be submitted within six (6) months from the date the application is submitted to the Branch Office of IKA (Translated into Greek)}.
  • Solemn Declaration L. 1599/1986
    Solemn Declaration which states in which of the (5) five insurance classes the applicant wishes to be classified for the payment of insurance fees. (8th ,13th , 17th ,21th ,25th)

Procedure
Citizens visit the KEP of their choice to apply for optional insurance of the special account for the Greeks living abroad, presenting the required documentation.
  • Step 1 : The KEP employee receives and checks the documents that are presented by the citizen. If, during check, a missing or uncomplete document is discovered, the employee informs the citizen and refrains from submitting the Application.
  • Step 2 : The employee fills in the electronic Application and creates a new folder in the KEP Information System. The citizen has the possibility, if he wishes it, to declare his mobile phone number and thus to be informed by SMS for the complemetion of the request. Finally, the employee hands to the citizen a request submission certificate in which the number of the request file is written.
  • Step 3 : The Employee of the KEP sends to the Competent Entity the file of the case (which includes both the application and the supporting documents) in one of the accepted ways (email, fax, courier, post, etc).
  • Step 4 : The employee of the KEP receives the final Document immediately from the Competent Entity and notifies the citizen (via sms or telephone) for him to come and take it.
Citizens visit the KEP and receive the certificate for optional insurance of the special account for the Greeks living abroad.
Notes and Clarifications
For the notional wage of every class applying for every year, KEPs must be informed by their branches.
